With ease you can produce reports analysing calls, invoices and carriers as well as financial and management reporting. And all of the reports can be quickly converted to Excel using the CSV button.

We have identified 12 key reports that are available by default to every customer. The system is capable of producing so much more, but rather than making you wade through hundreds to find what you need, we’ve kept it streamlined. If you need more, do let us know, and we can add others that are available.
For customers on the Pro and Bespoke products, we can also create custom reports – allowing you to cut, slice and dice the data any way you would like.
