Billing Analyst

Role Title: Billing Analyst

If you have experience of working with billing platforms in telecoms or cloud services and would like to work with a dynamic growing team on an award-winning platform, then we need to talk!

Summary of the role and competencies required:

  • Providing customers with care and 1st line support
  • Assisting customers with their monthly bill runs
  • Resolving any billing issues from customers using our Help Desk Ticketing System
  • Supporting and training customers to make the most of our feature rich billing platform
  • Helping the Development team with testing, on-boarding and ad-hoc queries
Key Skills
  • Experience dealing with billing problems, incidents and/or change management
  • Candidate must be able to work unsupervised and use own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Be comfortable liaising with colleagues and external customers
  • Any experience in SQL Server, Azure, Windows Server, VMWare would be highly beneficial, but not essential

Education/Experience

  • IT Support (preferred)
  • Customer Service/Support – 1 year (preferred)
  • Experience with SQL Server (preferred but not essential)
  • Any of: Azure/VMware/Windows Server experience
  • Working in the telecoms industry with a good understanding of telecoms billing is essential
  • Experience on any of these billing platforms: Intelligent Billing, aBILLity, Eclipse, EBillz, Affinity, Elevate, Zoey, Billing Booth or any other billing platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
