Our story

Paradigm Research and Development was originally formed in 1992 to handle high volume data processing for Telecom New Zealand and later for Verizon Wireless in the USA and Dutch telecom KPN.

Following a management buyout, PRD Technologies Ltd was established in 2006, amidst a time of significant change within the telecommunications sector. Industry deregulation was the catalyst for a rapid evolution of the market – one where demands on billing systems software were becoming more and more complex.

Innovators since the very beginning, our expert technological team designed ‘Intelligent Billing’ – a platform with the unique ability to handle high volume secure data processing more efficiently.

The world of telecoms has continued to change at high speed and that forward-thinking, trailblazing spirit remains at the core of our business to this day.

KPN remains a customer today. Our platform processes every landline call in the Netherlands and we help hundreds more telecoms companies – as well as MSPs and other service providers – to streamline their operations with scalable billing systems software that saves them time, cost and stress.
