Our solution transformed PAE’s operations by automating data collection, processing, and billing across multiple currencies, languages, and tax rules. In addition, the solution enabled PAE to create subscription cost data for their network of nearly 700 VARs – enabling them to onward bill their end customers efficiently and accurately.

In 2023, we made significant strides delivering bespoke billing solutions to key clients such as Network Connect, PAE Business, Talk Telecom, and Westcoast Cloud. For Network Connect, our platform provided advanced management control and reporting capabilities, resolving their billing challenges and ensuring accurate invoicing. Meanwhile, PAE Business saw an 80% reduction in manual work, thanks to our automated billing system, leading to improved cash flow and customer satisfaction. For Talk Telecom, we automated CDR processing, resulting in a tenfold increase in billing volume. We also supported Westcoast Cloud’s transition to Microsoft’s NCE licensing model with tailored features, safeguarding their business and capitalising on new opportunities.

Judges awarded PRD Technologies ‘Software Vendor of the Year’ 2023 for the second consecutive year due to our unique ‘Intelligent Billing’ software truly standing out from our competitors, resulting from our continued investment in API automations and technological developments – providing sophisticated solutions to resolve ongoing challenges faced by channel partners with the emergence of new technologies and markets.

Unlike competitors’, we can easily modify our software to suit our clients’ individual needs, with minimal additional costs. Our ‘Intelligent Billing’ software has been developed to provide a holistic approach to data collection, processing, invoicing and strategic analysis.

Judges awarded PRD Technologies ‘Billing Platform Vendor’ for 2023 due to the game-changing solutions we have developed for a range of Channel partners in key growth areas.

During 2022 we developed a bespoke ISP billing variant of our Intelligent Billing platform. There is currently no viable alternative capable of the level of automations, integrations, data processing and complex billing required specifically for this niche market. Our game-changing solution addresses the challenges faced by ISPs in a constantly evolving sector.

We have also developed a bespoke reseller version of our Intelligent Billing platform, specifically to address distributor and VAR billing challenges, and a range of other bespoke solutions for Channel partners including a UCaaS and SaaS billing platform and a white-label bureau billing solution.

Our unique Intelligent Billing software uses radical fourth generation coding, enabling us to innovate and easily tailor billing solutions to clients’ individual needs.

Judges recognised Simon Adams, MD of PRD Technologies, achievements and ongoing commitment to resolving key challenges faced by service providers within the Channel.

Simon formed PRD Technologies in 2006, amidst a time of significant change within the telecoms sector. Industry deregulation was the catalyst for a rapid evolution of the market – one where demands on billing systems were becoming more and more complex. An innovator from the start, Simon recognised an opportunity to address these challenges and shaped a high-calibre technical and strategic team to deliver sophisticated solutions.

Over the years Simon has built a pioneering organisation that supports Channel partners to rapidly adapt in the ever-changing, complex and volatile Channel markets, giving them a competitive edge to thrive and grow.

Simon’s forward-thinking attitude means he is always looking for new opportunities within the Channel and gaps in the market, developing relationships with key strategic partners to explore new avenues.

Judges recognised our our strong track record, consultative approach and specialist capabilities in developing and implementing highly bespoke, affordable billing solutions for a wide range of channel partners. During 2022 we developed a number of leading-edge, user-centric, billing software solutions with advanced API automations and business intelligence analysis and reporting, giving our channel partners a competitive edge and increasing their revenue. The scalability of our unique BoBo software, with multilingual and multi-currency functionality, supports customer growth in international markets.

In 2022 we also attained UKAS ISO 27001 certification, giving our channel partners further reassurances of the quality of our products and services.

Success was evidenced during this period by the delivery of several key strategic projects and solutions for vendors, resellers and service providers in Telephony, UCaaS/SaaS, CSP, ISP and other sectors.

Successful ISPs need an agile broadband billing solution to maintain their edge. Our bespoke ISP billing solution is completely cloud-based and integrates with other third-party systems, resulting in the automated environment required for large-scale fibre broadband projects. It provides ISPs with the ability to instantaneously deploy new subscription and consumption services with flexible options and pricing, maximising opportunities. Automated and streamlined subscription services management and billing operations with built-in tax-calculating functionality provide significant time and cost-savings, reducing manual processing and eliminating human error.
