Due to the success of the Ridgewall Group’s ambitious strategy, to acquire and merge several specialist managed ICT companies, the group needed to identify a billing solution to converge the multiple billing platforms, inherited as part of the acquisitions, in to one simplified solution.
PRD Technologies was selected for the contract, due to the scalability, customisation, and integration capabilities of its Intelligent Billing software.

The systems went live in April, after the successful completion of:
- Migration from multiple existing platforms
- Integrations, including to NetSuite
- Development of new bespoke functionality
